Online Voting System Proposal

Good day!
We are the Coding Line PH team, a local freelance web-developer. We would like to
propose the following features for the making of your voting system:

 Create a subscription-based account for your entire school’s election activities

 An admin user role
 Create a number of election activity with a dynamic number of candidates
 Choose your specific voters (You will be the one to make the accounts of the
voters so that no outsiders can participate in the election)
 Set the election period
 Voters can login to their accounts once they are registered by the admin, they can
also change their password for security
 Candidate vote status will be seen by voters but in an anonymous name
 Winners will be shown when voting period is done.
 Voters can vote only once. They cannot edit their votes also once submitted
 Voters can have a review of their votes on their accounts
 A mobile responsive design
 Admin can see the list of those who already voted but cannot see who they voted
 Reports (people who participated the election, votes per candidate, who won etc..
in PDF File)
 Database back-up
 Cross-site request forgery Security

Inclusions:
 Free on-call services for program problems encountered during usage
 Demo on the system usage

Exclusions:
 Unrelated problems/errors to the project will not be covered by the free service.
 Other features requested will not be included

Project Fee

P 5, 000/Month – Subscription Fee

P 30,000 – Whole System Packages + annual maintenance fee
