Conclusion
The creator employments and advances a tridimensional triple-bottom line approach to SD where
social, economic and natural measurements are respected as break even with measurements and
have to be simultaneously achievable. Making a learning organization is one methodology to make
strides organizational execution and maintain long-term economical competitive advantage.
Besides, there are clear and clear links between economical improvement and organizational
learning. Based on the complexity of both SD and the learning organization it is evident that an
overnight change and move is highly impossible. This transformation must be a slow energetic
alter handle to capture and coordinated the measurements of SD combined with the standards of
organizational learning (Jamali, et al., 2006). It appears exceptionally clear that economical
improvement and organizational learning are mutually supportive.
