AGREEMENT OF CO-OPERATION

1. On the Project:
1.1. Title of the Project: My Planet, My Rights Campaign - Earth Day 2021 in Southeast Asia
1.2. Duration of the Project: 22 April 2021
1.3. Amount of Allocation: The Project Partner will receive a total amount of €5.000,00 (five thousand Euros)
toward the financing of the project. These funds will be utilized only for the sole purpose of supporting the
above-mentioned project.

2. Financing and Accounting:

Financial support for the project follows the Budget submitted by the Project Partner and subsequently
approved by the decision-making bodies of terre des hommes. The Project Partner will inform terre des
hommes immediately on any changes in the Budget and will seek written approval of these changes from terre
des hommes.

3. Reporting and Accounts:

3.1 Report: The Project Partner will submit narrative report documenting the implementation of the project one
month after its completion.
3.2 Account: The project Partner will submit financial report in compliance with the allocations indicated in the
budget and showing that the funds have been spent according to the projects expressed purpose. terre des
hommes reserves the right to have access to and examine the bookkeeping and accounting system of the
Project Partner at any time for purposes of verifying all financial matters related to the project.
3.3 Country coordinator approves these reports.

4. Child Protection Policy

The Project Partner commits to protect the safety of all children under their care and with whom they come in
contact with. They shall take all measures necessary to raise awareness, prevent, report on and respond to
cases of child abuse, neglect and exploitation which can occur in the course of their work. Child protection
principles and standards are considered part of this partnership agreement. On this regard, the Project Partner
agrees to report and keep terre des hommes informed of any child protection issue which may arise in the
organization and its project areas, the steps taken to address the issue, and the outcome.

Modifications to this Agreement will require written consent of both parties.
