Research encompasses the application of methodical concepts with the objective of

establishing an understanding for the reason of guiding or enhancing outcomes clinically. The

researchers’ goals are to create choices in solving issues or manage end results. A variety of

methods may be recruited to illustrate or explore the association (Ryan, 2018). Most researchers

use statistics in analyzing data. According to Ambrose, (2018), Statistics is “a component of

mathematics that looks at gathered data. Statistics covers how the data is collected as well as the

analysis and the interpretation, presentation, and organization of the data. It has its only

language, definitions, and theorems”.

Analyzing an article encompasses one's own interpretation about how the concepts of a

topic, hypothesis, problem or narrative is suitable to produce an article that may not be evidence-

based at first sight. This paper will explore three different articles relating to health care that use

quantitative research.

Conclusion

It is essential for persons in health care to be able to interpret research as it helps in

making decisions which is paramount to patients' outcomes and health improvements. Research

understanding promotes health risk elements identification, course, treatment outcomes, cost of

health and superior practices.

Three research articles related to health care issues that are encountered by individuals

and factors associated were analyzed. The topics were appropriate to the research, varying

sampling methods were observed and the population for each sampling was appropriate.
