Commercial Development of the Business:

MERCHANDISE PLANNING

implemented from office
• Replenishments are done regularly and optimum stock levels maintained in the showroom making
maximum use of space and showroom resources.
• The regular feedback is provided in terms of fast/slow /non-moving stocks on weekly basis.
• Price revisions / Last pcs pricing recommendations are required looking at the movement of products.
• Planogram performance analysis and identifying the right mix of planograms for the store if space is a
constraint.

• Damage control and shrinkage levels are maintained in terms of manufacturing defects, customer returns,

time.
• Ensure the correct procedures in terms of RTW & bulk quantity requests are followed and records are

• Monitor the discount approval with respect to selling of damage pcs and necessary approvals taken.
