This suit is coming on this day for final hearing before me in the
presence of Vellore G.Ganesh, Advocate for the plaintiff and defendant
remained exparte, upon hearing of arguments of plaintiff and having stood
over for consideration till this day, this court delivered the following :-

JUDGMENT

Suit is recovery of sum of Rs.1,03,133/- from the defendant with

interest at 24% per annum and for costs.

Chief affidavit of Pw.1 filed Ex.A-1 and A-2 are marked. Heard.
Perused the record, the suit is filed basing on Ex.A-1 Suit promissory note
executed by the defendant. Ex.A-2 is the office copy of legal notice. Prior to
filing of the suit, the plaintiff repeated demands the defendant not complied
with the same. The defendant is remained exparte without contesting the suit
for the reason best known to him. The claim of the plaintiff proved. Therefore
the suit has to be decreed.

In the result, the suit is decreed with costs for the suit amount of
Rs.1,03,133/- with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of suit ie., 22-07-
2014 till the date of decree and thereafter at 6% p.a., till the date of
realization on the principal amount Rs.1,00,000/-.
