    Subject: Seeking Permission for Renovation Works.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    With due respect, I am Mavinia an undersigned owner of No.38A, Jalan 1/KS6, Kiara Residency,
    Bandar Botanic would like to seek permission for renovation works.

    We have been doing some minor renovations for our house since early May. Due to this MCO 3.0,
    our contractors are not allowed to pass through the security post to complete their work.

    Our contractor will be doing wiring works and piping works and is to begin from 5/6/2021. The
    working hours of our contractor will be from 8.30am till 5.30am. All the works will be done with very
    minimal noise and disruption.

    Kindly grant us the permission to continue the work as the house need to be attended for major
    piping leaks.
