Present Simple Questions

‫أسئلة المضارع البسيط‬
We can make questions in the present simple following these steps:
‫نستطيع عمل اسئلة في المضارع البسيط باتباع الخطوات التالية‬
-- If the sentence contains {is, am, are} then we start our question
with theses verbs:
:‫اذا احتوت الجملة على احد الفعال المساعدة السابقة فيجب ان نبدأ اسؤال بها‬
26- Ali is a footballer. --------------- Is Ali a footballer?
27- They are happy. ---------------- Are they happy?
28- I am a singer. ----------------- Am I a singer?
-- If the sentence doesn't contain {is, am, are} then we use {Does}
with singular subject and {Do} with the plural subject.
‫) اذا كان الفاعل‬Does( ‫اذا لم تحتوي الجملة على احد االفعال المساعدة السابقة فاننا نستخدم‬
.‫) اذا كان الفاعل جمعا‬Do( ‫مفردا و نستخدم‬

--This tense is usually used in the following cases:

1. Habitual actions and regular activities:

34- Ali brushes his teeth twice a day. ( brush )
