Dress Code Policy

Purpose
SuperFilters, LLC (we) expect employees to apply appropriate judgment concerning personal
appearance, dress, and grooming to be most effective in their work duties. We recognize that an
essential element of self-expression lies within personal appearance. In regard to jewelry,
tattoos, and other accessories, we allow reasonable self-expression. We ask our employees to
contribute to an equitable and inclusive environment for all SuperFilters, LLC employees,
customers, and partners by refraining from offensive and harmful accessories.

Policy
SuperFilters, LLC employees are permitted to wear jewelry or display tattoos at the workplaces
within the following guidelines. Considering factors include, but is not limited to:

1. Personal safety of self or others.

2. Damage to company property.
3. Offensiveness to coworkers, customers, vendors, or others within the workplace based
on racial, sexual, or cultural characteristics or attributes of a sensitive or legally protected
nature.
4. Corporate or societal norms.
5. Customer or coworker complaints.

If management determines an employee’s jewelry or tattoos may present such a conflict. In that
case, we will discuss appropriate actions—such as removing the jewelry or covering of the
tattoo, transferring to an alternate position, or other reasonable means to resolve the conflict, up
to and including potential termination of employment.

To ensure that no employees are subject to harassment or discrimination, issues with the policy
should be brought to management and will be resolved on a case-by-case basis with the HR
department.
