Did you, your review officers / the review team uncover any evidence - or suspicions - that Frankie ‘Studs’ Lanigan [see further details about him below] was a suspect in my attempted murder? 4. Regards 3 above, did you, your review officers / the review team uncover any evidence - or Suspicions - that Frankie ‘Studs’ Lanigan had been protected from investigation and or from justice with regards to my attempted murder? 5, Was Frankie ‘Studie’ Lanigan the person who you, your review team recommended that Northumbria Police should take, check and compare his DNA with the - as yet - unidentified DNA which was recovered at scene of my shooting? [Fyi: i.e was Frankie 'Studs" Lanigan the person who's investigation (via DNA etc) had been delayed / not been actioned etc) 6. Did you and or your review team uncover any evidence - or suspicions - of misconduct, conspiracy (political or criminal) of any criminal acts (at any level) on the part of any former or current Northumbria Police officers or staff with regards to me, my attempted murder and or the ‘investigation’ therein? 7.
