The story of Dewi Sri tells that at one time, the Dragon
God asked Batara Narada for advice because he could
not help build a New Palace for Batara Guru because he
did not have arms and legs. But Batara Narada was also
confused so that Batara Naga was very sad and shed
tears which turned into three eggs. Which was the last
egg that hatched and became a very beautiful baby girl,
then she gave it to Batara Guru. The baby grew up to be
a beautiful girl and was known as Dewi Sri.

So, this category of stories is myth.

Once upon a time, Batara Guru ordered all the gods and goddesses to
donate their strength to build a new palace. Anyone who disobeys this
commandment is lazy and will lose their arms and legs.

Hearing Guru Batara's order, the Dragon God was very anxious because he
did not have arms or legs. He may not be able to do the job. So he asked for advice
from Batara Narada who was the younger brother of Batara Guru. Unfortunately
Narada was also confused.
 2 Complication
The Dragon God was furious. While the Dragon god was crying because of his bad
luck, three teardrops fell on the ground. Not long after, those teardrops became three
beautiful glowing eggs that looked like jewels. Then Batara Narada advised him to offer the
shining eggs to Batara Guru.
With three eggs in his mouth, the Dragon god went to Batara Guru's palace. On the
way, an eagle asked a question. Surely the Dragon God couldn't answer that question because
he was holding the egg in his mouth. Seeing that, the bird thought that Dragon God was
arrogant and that bird attacked him.
Being attacked, one egg fell to earth. Then the Dragon Lord hid in the bush but the
bird was waiting for him. The bird attacked a second time and another egg fell. So Dragon
God only has one egg in its mouth. He continued to move to the Batara Guru palace.
 3 Resolution

Finally the Dragon God arrived at the palace. He offered the egg to Guru Batara.
And miraculously the egg that hatches becomes a very beautiful baby girl. Dewa Naga gave
the baby girl to Guru Batara. The baby grew into a beautiful girl and became known as
Dewi Sri.
