PREPARING INJECTION

Intra musculer is the administering of drugs by putting them directly into the muscle
(musculus). Administering drugs in this way is done on the high muscles of the body, so it is
not possible to puncture the nerves, such as the buttocks, the upper leg, or the upper arm.
The purpose of administering drugs in this way is to absorb drugs faster. And administering
the drug should get approval from the doctor.

Device that needs to be prepared :

• Needle sterilizes 1 (21-23g and 1-1.5 inches long for adults; 25-27 g and 1 inch long for
kids)
• Spurious bak
• 1 cotton
• Alcohol in her comm (sufficient)
• A hoe and a hoe
• Medication according to program therapy

Procedures injection IM :
