Operation Deletion of SFHQ-J on 31.01.2019( deletion of News Archives 2010-2019 off SFHQ-J ebsite on
31/12/2019) put a temporary break on the ‘’housing scheme’’ for ‘’deserving families’’ but other intense
PsyOps activities were kept going.

3. Then again after a few months:

The Occupying Army started building individual houses around Jaffna district in the three months preceding
the General Election of August 2020: the youtube shows one lady interviewed in the housewarming ceremony
of the first house: she said governmnt offices did not help her, but the Army came forward to find funding to
build a house: she praises the Sinhalese Army for helping the Tamils without showing the ethnic difference and
goes on to say that that is how the ethnic conflict can be resolved.
Soon she lets the cat out of the bag:
