SWOT Analysis
Strengths:
• OKTEX 100: Nishat is also Oktex 100 certified, which means that Nishat does not want to take
advantage of the risks of chemical development.
• Nishat premium textiles only use cutting-edge technology, as if they require fashion tools, in which the
standards of the products manufactured are very high.
• The latest equipment. They use fancy looms purchased from Japan and France.With new technology,
your hand performance will be higher.
• Nishat's large textile market is one of the main raw materials of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, so it
has been established in the hearts of customers. Nishat has a higher status in the minds of his
customers.
• Qualified and very competent Nishat executives have recruited overseas alumni and skilled
professionals from all over the country.
• Motivated workers provide their workers with higher wages and bonuses to motivate them and
handle geographical conditions well.
• Sufficient resource owner Nishat is one of the richest people in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. He

small market share in the global textile business. Lack of institutions that provide employees
with personal benefits and rewards various institutions that pay for employee travel and
medical expenses. Due to reduced productivity, Nishat will not give back to employees.
• Today, the organization will grow commodities. Non-textile manufacturer Nishat will expand
its product line to include woven garments. They need plants, so the prices of Nishat's other
products will be lower. They have a decent name in the market.
• Decrease in organization When the prices of various abuse problems controlled by the Nishat
government are more or less, pricing is done through resource conservation. You should

Threats:
• The customer wants to change.
• The political landscape is turbulent. Political instability will affect Nishat through the quota
