Polish N64 Games

Hey all, hoping you can assist me.
My girlfriend is Polish and I know the N64 was released in Poland but wasnt too popular or many consoles at that time just
coming out of communist control.

MyBeefCakes Ive sta ed to raise her interest in N64 games but I think to get her involved in my (small) collection I need to obtain some of
 145  3 the classics in Polski but had no luck searching.

Are there any Polski N64 games (screentext, menus, etc) of games like Yoshis story, Mario Pa y, paper mario etc.

I want her to feel the same awesomeness I got when I rst played the games years ago!

The sho answer is no, nintendo never made any games with Polish (in-game) translations.

Poland did recieve some o cial distribution from the Austrian company Stadlbauer, who would seemingly impo German
language versions of the main Nintendo releases that included an extra manual with some quick guide translations:

However there wasn't really much of a console scene in Poland in the late 90s, and the Nintendo 64 never got a look in
compared to the PlayStation, so nding these variants is extremely di cult. I guess it is more common to come across games
that were uno cially impo ed from the UK and Germany, in the same way that Japanese were available in some indie stores
here in the UK.

Perhaps it's best just to sta o with something that doesn't really require any reading like Mario Ka 64.

Ahh it, I didn't think console scene was big in Poland even with Sony, but didn't know for sure whether some games
had been translated.

MyBeefCakes I'm sure I can probably nd a small community of fans who translate N64 games (ROMS) perhaps, and use an Everdrive to run
 145  3 them perhaps.
