• Read the following article about 30 Positive Phrases, Words and Empathy
Statements.
• Watch the video about overcoming disabilities and answer the questions.
1. What do you think about these stories?
These four stories are truly inspiring. I think they have a very motivating message for
all of them since they show that everyone is capable of doing anything since nothing is
difficult, they are proofs that life puts on us.
The only way to overcome a fear is to overcome it. To achieve this, it is necessary to
face that fear in any way and show that no fear can defeat us.
• Read the following article about heroism and write a paragraph (100 words).
• Paragraph
Nowadays, many people have wondered if anyone could be a hero. However, within
psychology, the term "hero" is new and depends on the context in which it is used.
Today it could be defined as a hero as those people who are willing to save a cat from a
tree or to help someone who had an accident. On the other hand, there is also another
type of hero who works every day. In this context come the nurses and doctors who
save lives every day or the police who catch thieves. However, a hero carries a number
of qualities. For a person to be a hero must be brave, honest, protective, strong, On the
other hand this term is still difficult to understand.
