A copy of the guidelines of Government of India on CPGRAMS is sent

herewith to the Head of the Departments. They are informed that Government has
launched integrated application for effective monitoring of grievances by various
ministries/departments, the details of which are available under
https://pgportal.gov.in

2. All Head of Departments under Health, Medical and Family Welfare

Department are requested to appoint the nodal officer and furnish the information
in the prescribed proforma (annexed), to the HM&FW department immediately for
creation of username and passwords in the portal.
