traits . in a 3 day workshop for personality grooming and art of living Mr. Arvind Bhatt interacted with
the staff members of L.K.S. and gave them some knowledge about how to deal with things in present
scenario of changing life style and rush hours.

Arvind bhatt , a well-known trainer for personality development is also a good orator

In that inspirational and motivational workshop he touched almost all the areas where people really
need guidance to cope-up with the stressful life. Starting with the introduction of personality he told
about the pleasing personality in his eloquence by giving the example of shri Krishna and some more
legend personalities he told that a pleasing personality plays a vital role in one’s life and success . a
pleasing personality which comprises attitude, body language, confidence and performance .

Continuing the pleasing personality the next day he explained about the significance of effective
communication which most of the people in the world really lack . unleashing the six c’s of
communication, i.e. , clarity, completeness, conciseness , correctness, courteous, confirmation he said
that these are the pillars of an effective communication and one must work out for this to improve the
personality. And in the same loop of effective communication he included the non-verbal
communication also in which we use our bodily gestures, signs and expressions also which are basically
known as Body Language. Emphasizing on the body language he explained what kind of body language a
person must positively have.

After this on the last day he gave some tips on the stress management . stress, which has unwantedly
become a part of one’s life, must be removed for a better kife style as it causes a lot of psychological,
physical and behavioural problems. He gave some remedies to remove the stress and said , “ don’t
manage the stress , live stress free life. Carrying the worries is stress”.

To assess the behavior of own he conducted a few personality tests also to perform on self so that one
can know about oneself. With some cheerful and lighter moments of jokes and nuggets he kept making
the environment very delightful. He really encouraged the people participating in the workshop to have
a balanced and positive attitude towards life by keeping the ego aside and taking the criticism in a right
way.

After the workshop the principal MR. R C Joshi showed the gratitude on behalf of the staff members by
giving the vote of thanks to him and ended it with sharing his experiences in the 3 day seminar.
