Distributor Transfer Terms and Conditions

1. This Distributor Transfer Request form is for non-h2o Direct retailers only. h2o Direct retailers must use the e-form located
on h2odirectnow.com.

2. Distributor transfers will only be permitted 30 days after the approval of the last distributor transfer.

3. All distributor transfers are subject to the approval and consent of both h2o Wireless and the requested new distributor.

4. Frequent distributor transfer requests by a dealer will be flagged, reviewed, and subject to blacklisting as determined on a
case by case basis by h2o Wireless.

5. Dealers will be unable to transfer to a new distributor under a new agent. Dealers will only be allowed to transfer directly
under a new distributor.

6. Once a distributor transfer is approved it will be processed after midnight on the following Monday to ensure that any
weekly invoice/payment under the old distributor is settled before transactions with the new distributor can commence.
