located worldwide.

CEMEX reflects a related diversification because its line of products are inside the

same type and for the same purpose if it can be said like that, they are not trying to

incorporate products from other markets.

CEMEX has very few competitors worldwide, this market is not yet overpopulated

so that is good, and also since CEMEX is already a worldwide competitor it means that its

roots are already a little deeps underground. My recommendation to management would be

to continue to study the environment both the task and general one, in order to foresee any

change that would affect the company and to be able to plan something that will let them

adapt successfully, and stay on the top of their market.
