INTRODUCTION
Leopards Courier Services was inaugurated in 1983 with five destinations, serving as
offices for Saadat insurance, as well as for Leopards Courier, with delivery restricted to
five destinations alone.
As industry developed in Pakistan, and more raw materials and other products were to
be dispatched nationwide, the need for a courier service grew, and Leopards found
itself fulfilling a bigger need-helping local industry grow. As a result of this business
growth, Leopards has now expanded to over 1036 destinations for general clients
(express centers). At each of these express centers, Leopards employees have been
trained and placed to help clients find services that best fulfill their needs. Currently, we
employ over 3000 couriers and 1000 express center employees.
These destinations are fed and controlled by 164 Major Hubs located throughout
Pakistan, where courier is sorted and dispatched for nationwide destinations. As a
result, we have the largest nationwide network in terms of destinations, reaching
Pakistani remote areas that no other courier service reaches, through both ground and
air transport.
The distribution network is designed in such a way so that mail from all over Pakistan is
distributed the very next day except for few areas/stations mentioned in our Station List,
where local underdevelopment of resources has not made this possible, and where
many courier services do not offer delivery. However, our dream is to connect all
Pakistanis together, whether they live in underdeveloped villages or large metropolitan
cities, and we deliver everywhere.
Overtime, Leopards has added various products and services as a mode of
convenience for clients, including overland trucking for cheaper delivery of non-urgent
products, Leopards flyer for documents and other official documents that are delivered
sealed, Yellow-box services, international delivery services, the Economy service
offering cheaper rates for a slightly delayed delivery, and the Leopards Love line gift
service.
The Leopards Team is always when it comes to solving logistic and courier issues with
new products, and continues to come up with new and innovative products, which help
our company and employees grow.

In addition, Leopards Travel also offers specialized Hajj and Umrah packages ranging

transportation can be pre-arranged.

Leopards Courier now offers Cash.On.Delivery services to all customers wishing to sell
their goods in over 1400 locations nationwide. Leopards Courier C.O.D service ensures
smooth delivery of orders with minimum risk of fraud or default.COD allows the
customer to choose a product of their liking for home delivery, and pay at the time the
product has been delivered.
We also offer a multitude of support services to make your Cash-On-Delivery sales
smooth and easy. We offer the best C.O.D. portal available for service and shipment
tracking, and also to help you stay informed when payments have been received
against your shipment. You can save time through our automated warehousing
solutions, or you can hire our team of I.T. professionals for your website development
and maintenance.

Delivery of shipments will be arranged within 02 working days after a Leopards Logistics
representative has received the shipment. Leopards Logistics will not accept shipments
where the amount to be collected is more than Rs.30, 000 per order.

OVERLAND:-
If your shipment is not time sensitive, now you can use our Overland services for 10kg
and above shipments at the lowest rates possible. We will deliver your shipments
within72 hours to most destinations.
ECONOMY:-
More Economical Services for your Heavy Shipments to be delivered across Pakistan. If

Warehouse is a place to sort parcels as well. The arriving parcels would be sorted
according to their destination or next delivering node, like distribution center or delivery
department. Sometimes, these warehouses will also take over some companies’ goods
and manage those obeying contracts.
With the most modern and efficient tools in warehouse management and distribution
models, W&D division is continuously achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set
by its customers. Leopard Logistics ensures quality of service provided to its customers.
W&D is not rigid in its approach and believes fully in offering customized solutions to its
customers that best fit their specific logistics and supply chain needs. The Inventory
Management & Warehousing process has been automated with an in-house web-
based management system “WMS” that provides online access and real-
time information to customers for ordering, monitoring and managing their stocks.

Leopard courier used BTS software (Booking and Tracking System) allows you to know
where your cargo is in the Pakistan and gives you the Location details. You
can track anytime the current location of the Cargo. To track a container location you
need to specify the container number/ Booking number and the shipping line .Another
software Leopard used (PHP programming) this is an internal software made in company.
PHP Programming is the Languages mostly commonly used for Website and Web
Application Development. PHP is a general purpose, server-side scripting language run
a web server that's designed to make dynamic pages and applications.

effective service they have positioned themselves in their customers minds. They are
building the good relations with customer. I don’t see it challenging other online shops
for market share but it definitely has potential to grow and it wouldn’t be surprising to
see it evolve into more of a gift shop backed by authentic products and on time delivery
in future even if its performance as a pure e-market place isn’t stellar. Just to conclude
here, we know from people close to Leopard that they are working on payment
processing gateway as well. This is in addition to mobile banking solution that Leopard
is working on. Hence payments through their own branchless banking will be an option
too, just in few months.
