Today in the age of internet and fast computers

Before 2017 Pakistani e-commerce
industry was not so prominent … that was not
in the culture to buy online back then…there
were some companies back then like DARAZ
and some other un named (not so famous)
companies used to operate in Pakistan. And
there was no vision of building an e-commerce
business as there was no awareness before.
YEAR 2017:
In 2017 two companies or you can name
them as mentors or game changers came in
Pakistan and educated people about the
potential of E-COMMERCE. And also educated
them to create assets and flip them later. Let’s
understand this asset flipping phenomenon.
But before that let’s discuss about those
mentors who changed everything for the un
employed and depressed but talented youth.

And if we talk about Sir Sunny’s experience then
there’s no debate on it …24 years of experience
of building a business from zero to
billions….when he was a kid he used to work
with his father and he mastered in computer
repairing ..and coding…he was not so rich but
by hook or crook he went to Australia and
started his business …he got bankrupted total 3
times in his life ..after bankrupting he realized
that there’s no sense of living on an expensive
and spend lives paying heavy taxes and bills. So,
he moved to Malaysia and started living
there…after that he came up with a vision…a
vision that changed everything.
VISION:
His vision was to create a billion-dollar activity
in Pakistan and to enable the youth to earn at
least 500$/month…so he created a company
called “extreme commerce” and came to
Pakistan in 2017 to educate people about e-
commerce and to teach them how to create

wealth by selling biryani …you can create
wealth by selling biryani stores/shops and
flip/sell them on 20/32 months profit …so
you’ll get ab goodwill money in return and
you’ll be rich after some time for example if I
create a “sweet shop” I run it for two years and
after two years I decide to flip/sell my shop
...let’s suppose my monthly sales are 2 lacs
PKR (Pakistani rupees) and my profit is 1 lac
after paying all the dues so I putted my shop on
sale
And my demand is simple buy my shop and give
me the profit of 32 months which means 1 lac x
32 months which are 32 lacs so I earned 32 lacs
in just two years. Now you can either open a
new sweet shop as you know the recipe or you
can simply invest your money somewhere else
This was just a simple example of a local sweet
shop. Now just think about the Stores you can
flip in international markets like amazon, eBay
etc... You’ll get return in DOLLARS and you’ll
be rich withing years
This is the concept of asset flipping which sir
Sunny Ali taught us…initially nobody believed
him but in 2018 people started following him
and created accounts on amazon and on other

those who don’t go for perfection their priority

don’t go for details …in this video Sir sunny
explained both concepts with an example of a
“sweet shop” like if you started a business of a
sweet shop and the shop isn’t opened yet and
you start to decorate the shop with CCTV
cameras, LED’s, lightings in short the expenses
which were not needed initially. You waste a lot
of money that way …your sale has not started
yet and you have decorated the shop with
extras …so there’s a great chance that you run
out of cash soon…so according to Sir Sunny fine
liners or extra intelligent people don’t make
money more than an average intellect and

person is more creative than an active person. If
you are ill disciplined or lazy then you have
more chances to make money. Because a lazy
person will try to get the job done as early as
possible. He won’t have a schedule …. He will
work his own way… he will figure out every
problem as gives more time to his mind and
body…Not every lazy person is the same some
are disgusting … we are not discussing about
him …like Bilgates once said if you want to get
a job done then hire a lazy person because he
will find a way out to get it done ASAP. So, if
you are lazy and ill-disciplined then don’t just

done no matter what it takes sir sunny himself

• University degree VS money

difference between a university degree and
money making…he says that degree is the
requirement of the world ...so one should
must complete his/her degree. Now there
are two types of students generally …one
who likes to study and 2nd who don’t those
who don’t like to study are recommended to
do “looli langri degree” which means just do
any degree and at least get the graduation
done. And for others who likes to study …it
is recommended that they must study with
good marks that would be beneficial for
them like a big company would prefer a BBA
graduate from IBA on a BBA graduate from
some low class university…IBA, LUMS,
NUST, GIKI are itself a brand …that would
be beneficial for you in future…but To
entrepreneurs sir recommends that they
must not study more than graduation…14
years of education is enough for them…and
they must learn some skills 2, 3 or more in

In short don’t leave degree just because of
some skill leaning …learn them that’s good
for you. But degree is priority because
without degree you won’t be able to go
ABROAD …you will be stopped at the
 embassy, airport etc.…. you can’t avail the
opportunity from abroad if you don’t have a
degree.

Good business is the one which runs on
automation…means it does not matter whether
you are sleeping or on a vacation …you are
generating money out of that business…like if
you own an AMAZON STORE and you have won
the credibility of employees and customers and
your employees knows how to run it without
your presence then it’s a good business. As it
doesn’t require your presence at the location.
Everything is done virtually which can be done
from any part of the world for example if you
own a restaurant and suddenly your employees
leave the job and you got a medical emergency
…then what would you do…you can’t leave the
restaurant as your employees left the job and
your presence is must to maintain the credibility
of the restaurant…now this business is a bad
business as it bounds you to stay physically at
the location.
There is one more criteria to judge a
business…that whether it’s flip able (karobaar
becha ja skta hai ya nahi) or not…like you own
an Amazon store and after sometime …when
your sales are good you can sale your amazon
account on the profit of 28 to 33 months like if
your monthly profit is 3000$ on an average then
we multiply this 3000$ x 33 months=99,000$
which is 1.5 crore in PKR which is a huge money
in one year time …in fact a huge achievement
So, the business must be flip able whether it’s a

individual)-baba partnership and bacha (young
individual)-bacha partnership are total failures

because a young teenager is emotional and

individual is weak in health but he has great
experience + money so an OLD BABA should do
partnership with a YOUNG BACHA on the basis
of 70%-30% investment ratio…like a BABA
