Prerequisites
 MBA Degree with specialization in Finance
 Domain and IT Experience – Minimum 18 months of relative Domain/ IT experience for 2 years course and
30 months of relative Domain/ IT experience for 1 year course

Role

 The opportunity is to work with the Banking and Financial services vertical in Mindtree

Domain and IT experience:

 Good and clear understanding of overall banking and capital market.

 Detailed knowledge of at least one area (Corporate Banking/Mortgage/ Retail Banking/Cards & Payments/Digital Banking/
Asset Management/ Wealth Management/ Broker Dealer in securities market
 Some experience in the IT industry is desirable OR Some experience of working as Banking / Capital Markets Functional
Consultants is desirable
 An understanding of the latest trends in BFS technology (blockchain, robo-advisors, fintech innovations affecting banking)-
desirable, not mandatory
 Good understanding of the business processes in Banking and Capital Markets

Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and procedures
• Experience in a certain technology – J2EE , .Net , any Product experience would be a plus

Basic skills requirement:

• Should have good documentation skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and Word.
• Excellent communication skills (including presentation skills)
• Exposure to MS Visio (is desirable not mandatory)
• Ability to work with various different teams
• An out of the box thinker (desirable)

Business Analysis experience (Nice to have):

 Should have knowledge and experience in gathering/analysis requirements, elicitation and documentation (Functional &
Non-Functional Requirements)
 Should have knowledge of writing use-cases and business process modelling
