Prerequisites
MBA Degree
Experience in IT Industry – Minimum 18 months of relative Domain/ IT experience for 2 years course and
30 months of relative Domain/ IT experience for 1 year course
Role
The opportunity is to work with the Retail, CPG and Manufacturing vertical in Mindtree
Mandatory Skills
Overall understanding of technology concepts, trends and capabilities related to area of work Functional knowledge of
Retail/ CPG/ Manufacturing domains
In-depth understanding of the industry and/or field in which project resides (e.g., supply chain, e-commerce)
Knowledge of industry-specific trends
The ability to write documentation with respect to proposals, business blueprints, user requirement specifications, use
cases, test scenarios/cases, functional requirement specifications, etc.
Hands on experience in requirements capturing, analysis, walk-through and sign off of requirements with
Customers/External Vendors
Interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships within and between individuals and cross-functional teams
Ability to listen to and question individuals and teams to obtain key inputs
Ability to clearly articulate business concepts and processes to the technical team in a meaningful way
Understanding of the capabilities and viability of emerging technologies / best practices
