 Talk to the School Principal

 Ask for technical assistance and supervision

 Prepare the work immersion documents such as Work

Immersion plan/schedule, letter for Work Immersion Site
Supervisor, Work Immersion Memorandum of Agreement,
parents’ consent
 Conduct an ocular inspection to the Work Immersion Site
 Give the letter to the Work Immersion Site
Manager/Supervisor
 Discuss the Memorandum of Agreement and other relevant
matters with the Site Supervisor

 Inform the parents regarding the work immersion and

schedule through a face-to-face conference (with proper
observation of the IATF health protocols)

 Orient the learners with the dos and don'ts during their work
immersion (with proper observation of the IATF health
protocols)
 Relay their Work Immersion schedule (with proper
observation of the IATF health protocols)
 Assign their respective groups
