INTRODUCTION
Upu is a center for collecting, storing, analyzing and processing student data for student applications to
continue their studies at the next level. The main reason for providing facilities and can be used by KPT,
ILKM, MRUN, MCUN, MFUN, MTUN and MIIUN is to reduce the problem in requesting data for
admission of students to the place of study and be a benchmark for system management through analysis,
process and placement study.

PROBLEM STATEMENTS

 Students are required to go to the UA/IPT booth to obtain a completed form

 IPT officers will take student details manually, ie recorded on paper only. student details will be lost
using disorganized and unsafe methods.
 Unable to attend the booth on the due day.

OBJECTIVE OF THE REPORT

 want to help students to continue their studies to IPT level whether certificate, diploma and degree
 To formulate, implement and monitor policies to improve study places for SPM/Equivalent
Postgraduate Studies Program and STPM/Equivalent Postgraduate Studies Program.
 Manage and coordinate counseling services and the National Higher Education Carnival for the
preparation of students for admission to UA.
SCOPE

I. SYSTEM SCOPE

In our system, we must clearly state the scope of the system for users. Among the scope of the
system in this UPU system is the ability to display all forms of results, whether merit calculation or
optional results for users who register in this UPU system. In addition, users of this system will be
able to enter their information required by the system, view available course options, merit
percentage values for spam & stpm graduates and available Ipta options. All types of data entry will
be clearly indicated to assist the user. The system will be able to track the results of users, whether
or not they meet the requirements required by an institution to continue studies at the diploma or
degree level by displaying the results on a date set each year. In addition, there are some constraints
that occur when we access this system, namely the time rate to enter this system, the average user.
The system will be able to track the results of users, whether or not they meet the requirements
required by an institution to continue studies at the diploma or degree level by displaying the results
on a date set each year. In addition, there are some constraints that occur when we access this
system, namely the time rate to enter this system, the average user should log in 10 thousand to 50
thousand at a time because this system will usually be Accessed in this UPU system. Weaknesses of
the UPU system can also cause traffic congestion and other congestion, such as having to refresh
the system and cause users to have to refill all their information. Therefore, users must access this
system in stages to avoid constraints and congestion to access this system.

II. USER SCOPE

There are several scopes of users that we can include in this system, that is, users who involve users can
find out their decision to continue their studies at IPT by simply browsing the UPU system. this can
make it easier for users to find out more about what courses they are taking and where their place of
study is. Therefore, users do not have to wait for upu to post the results to their home address to see only
to take their study results. in addition, Users can enter information very easily and systematically. the
system will be able to organize the data in an orderly and fair manner as compared to using manual
methods. users who use this UPU system their data will be more secure and kept tidy. The superiors no
longer need to visit a district to get and study about the increase and decrease of each percentage of
users. The UPU of this system will display all types of data if an ipta applies to register their ipta into
this system to enable all parties or users to use this system.
PROJECT SIGNIFICANT

If this system is developed well and effectively, it can help many parties to use it. There are a variety of
options that will have a good influence. First of all, this method will most likely give to users, students,
parents and more because this system emphasizes for users to find information and options of courses
and universities available in this system as well as superiors. This is because this system will be able to
facilitate the work of all parties concerned, whether directly or indirectly. Not to be outdone, if the ipta
is registered with this ipta system, the higher authorities will be more aware or monitor all the progress
and open opportunities to users who follow the development of the ipta. As a result, the facilities
available in the following system will be pleasing to many parties and users.
CONCLUTION
With all the steps as above we can create a UPU system properly and to help users,
students and parents to enter and check their application results more easily. at the very least, UPU Systems
still need to improve their performance to get results from users. We hope this UPU system can help users
to use it more easily and user -friendly.
