At a very short notice one meeting of Management Committee of Maharaja Ranjit

Singh Educational Cultural and Social Welfare Society (Regd.) Malout has been
held on 29-08-2020 under the presidentship of Chairman S. Mandeep Singh
Brar. The below mentioned resolutions has been passed in this meeting with
Unanimity.
1. The right to write the proceeding book is being given to Chairman S.
Mandeep Singh Brar.
2. The resolutions passed in the previous meeting has been confirmed.
3. General Secretary showed his keen thanks to the members presented
in the meeting which has been called at a very short notice personally
and some of them through Whattsapp Video Call and told them that
some time ago on 28/8/2020 the previous Ex. Chairman Balishter
Singh Maan and his brother-in-law (Jija) Shardev Singh Ex. J.
Secretary and Principal who were terminated from the College /
Society along with 15-20 unknown Goons nature persons at about 2
P.M. noon tried to take possession of the College forcibly and with the
intention of heist and to take record of the college forcibly and to
damage the good will of the college reached the college by 4-5 cars
some of the bearing Nos. PB30T6220, CH01C0068, PB050042. Their
companions locked the main gate of the college by snatching the keys
from the Security Guard forcibly. Balishter Singh Maan and Shardev
Singh along with 4-5 other persons entered in to the Admin Block of
the College Forcibly. Where there they push back the clerical staff and
threatened them and also tried to take record of fee collection and
other record with them and also demanded the other record and
Cheque Book from the staff and on the refusal of the staff to do so they
pushed the staff outside and locked the room. They also ousted the
candidates came there for their admission or enquired about their
exams by threatening them and used abusive language against them.
They also threatened and misbehaved with the female staff and also
used objectionable words against them and told them to left the
college.

They also pushed the Principal Dr. Rajinder Singh Sekhon and also
done arrogance with them etc. done so many incidents. When police
caught them and tried to taking with them at that time they also telling
very loudly to the Members of the Management and the persons
present there that this time the Police has escaped you but next time
 we shall teach you lesson with dire consequences and also posed
more threats to the Staff and Management Members.

4. The committee has been condemn this incident with a very stressful
manner and passing this resolution with unanimity that Balishter Singh
Maan and Shardev Singh are very bad persons of goons nature. Due to
the lost of Main Society Case and other Cases and due to the
presentation of Challan in F.I.R. No. 55 of 2014 and due to the office filing
of their false and concocted applications submitted by them in the and in
the Fizzling wants to cause loss to the College and their intention is to
grab the Property of the College / Society and is to close the college which
is providing its services to the area. And with the intention to kill / cause
injuries to the Chairman and G. Secretary they visited by cars along with
15-20 bad elements nature persons and less with weapons. It is pertinent
to mention here that they both brother-in-laws (Jija-Saala) also tried to
cause loss to the good will of the college to cause loss to the number of
students of college done cheap activities at the start of new session.

Hence this resolution has been passed unanimously that only action
U/Sec. 171/151 has been done against the said persons which is not justice. So
for the sake of taking legal action against the said persons, to met with the
Higher Police Officials or to take any action, to give application, in the
requirement to met with the Higher Administration Authorities and to give
applications or from taking legal advise upto filing of any court case in the
concerned court or in the Hon’ble High Court, to give application, for filing of case
or to take legal advise appoint counsel and for paying his legal fee and to provide
necessary documents to him for filing of case hereby giving all authorities to take
all the actions individually or jointly in this regard to Chairman S. Mandeep Singh
Brar, J. Secretary S. Lakhwinder Singh and G. Secretary S. Daljinder Singh.
Resolution is approved.
