Vocabulary:
To capture footage – to succeed in getting a piece of film that shows an event.
Footnote – a note at the bottom of a page that gives extra info about something in
the text on that page.
Fate – what happens to a particular person or thing, especially something final or
negative, such as death or defeat.
To morph – to gradually change, or change someone or something, from one
thing to another.
To rot – to cause something to decay or weaken. (to decay – to become gradually
damaged, worse, or less)
To be aware of – to have knowledge or experience of a particular thing.
To sober – to become more calm or serious, or to make someone do this.
To come across – to give people a certain feeling or opinion.
To erase – to cause a feeling, memory, or period of time to be completely
forgotten.
A surge of power – a sudden and great increase of power.
Foe – enemy
