3.1.1 Base Frame

Fig.3.1 Assemble the base frame(02) together with the Steel washer(03)
(Small plate) and fit them by using the Hexagonal nut(05) with Round
washer(04)。
3.1.2 Sleeping Platform
Fig.3.1 Assemble the Sleeping platform(01) together with the Steel
washer(06) (Large plate) and fit them by using Hexagonal nut(05) with
Round washer(04)。

4.1.1 Backrest Crank assemble

a) Assemble part D(04) onto part E(05) as shown Fig.4.1。
b) Part A(01) pass through the Foot Frame and assemble with Part
B(02)，than fit with part D(04) for completion this crank。
c) Lastly, using Part C(03) to cover the Part B(02)。
d) The completion as shown on Fig.4.2。

6.1 Assemble procedures：

6.1.1 Gas Spring assemble

a) Fit the Gas Spring(01) onto the Gas Spring fitting Nut and use the
Hexagonal nut to fit all part together as shown on Fig.6.1。
b) The same assemble procedure apply for the other side as well。

7.1 Assemble procedures：

7.1.1 Siderail
a) Insert the siderail onto Head & Foot Frames as shown on Fig.7.1 ，than
using Hexagonal nut SUS304 M6xP1.029mml(01) and Hexagonal nut SUS304
M6xP1.0x16mml(02)to fit together with the Gas Spring。
b) The same assemble procedure apply for the other side as well。

8.1 Assemble procedures：

8.1.1 Bumper Cap assemble

Fit the Bumper Cap (01) & (02) on top of the Head Frame corner frame as
shown on Fig.8.1，than using the Hexagonal nut SUS304 M5xP0.8x10mml(03)
to lock on。
