Instructions to gain Mimecast email access on Laptop/PC

In your web browser click on the following link (or cut and paste into your browser):

https://webmail-us.mimecast.com/u/login/?gta=portal#/login

You will then be presented with the following screen

Enter your Applied email address (i.e. nicole.congreve@appliedau.com)

Important!!! If you have elected to receive access to your individual email you need to enter your
individual email. If you have elected (or been nominated) to receive access to the shared in-box you
must enter that email address i.e. au-dandenong@appliedau.com

You will then be presented with the following screen

Change Domain to Cloud

Then enter the following password – note it is case sensitive:

aiT4Fun!10
You will then be presented with the following screen to reset your password

Please enter the current password: aiT4Fun!10


Then enter your new password ensuring that you meet the minimum requirements.

Please note that this can be the same as your windows password, however it will not automatically
sign you into mimecast when you log onto your computer (i.e. it is not single sign on).

Then select confirm

You will then be presented with the following (and final) screen:
You will note that it says the password has been saved

Enter your new password and select log in

You will then be taken to your in-box.

Please note that this is not your standard Outlook Inbox – you will not have full functionality or
full history (you can’t delete your emails from here!). Remember it is a temporary fix only.

Also please note that it does not automatically refresh, you will need to regularly refresh your
page by clicking F5.
