DAY AND NIGHT
October 16-20,
2017 Topic:
 Learning what is the difference
between day and night.
 Identify the difference on what
we can see and do at day

Objectives:
At the end of the week, the students will
be able to:

Activities:
 Teacher will show a flash cards
with a vocabulary
 Teachers will give examples of
the topic, the students will listen,
follow, and say the vocabulary
taught by the teacher in 3-5 times
repetition.
 The teacher will give questions
and giving examples about the
topic.
 Question and answer activity
Exercises:
 Teacher will introduce to the
students the words to be learn.
 Listen, say, spell and memorize
the new vocabulary.
 Teachers will present the topic
with the television on screen.
 Oral recitation in random
students to be called.
 Student will work on their
textbook by using the new
vocabulary learnt.

TEACHING PROCEDURES

Step 1. (10 Minutes)


Greetings between teachers. Teacher will check the attendance. Students will sing a
nursery song as warm up start while listening and watching it on screen television.

Step 2. (20 Minutes)


Start the lesson with introducing the topic to be discussed. Teacher will ask what is the
difference between day and night. Identify the difference on what we can see and do at
day between at night. Then teachers will be asking students what are some examples of
things we can see and do in daytime and in night time. Afterwards, the teacher will point
and say some examples related to the topic that to be follow, listen and say by the
students. Teachers will give some points of vocabulary of what are the other terms of
vocabulary to be used. Teachers will ask the students what are other examples likewise
on what they know about the topic or the subject matter being discussed. Explain further
the topic and give some more of vocabulary of the picture presented through flash cards
and other instructional media for students to read, spell, memorize and repeat it in in 3-5
times, likewise for them to understand clearly the topic.

Step 3. (10 Minutes)


Interactive Activities. To evaluate the developmental learning skill of the students, the
teacher will ask a highlights by means of doing an oral recitation in random through
asking questions and let students give some examples that they remembered in the
lesson, and assists the individual queries and concerns in the subject matter/topic if there
is any verification from them. Do have some conversations regarding the topic. Let
students answers their textbook activity.

Step 4. (10 Minutes)


Let students finish their textbook activity and pass it afterwards. End the lesson by
saying goodbye and thank you.
