• Project Description: Kabul Afghanistan International Airport (Contract amount 15 Million USD): Open
bay barracks, laundry, dining facility, warehouse, Quick Reaction Force building, asphalt and concrete

Work description: Implemented the Project Quality Control System. Prepared the Contractor Quality
Control Plan, Pre-Construction data submittal including site plan, and health and safety plan. Prepared
Construction Material data submittal. Conducted three-phase control inspection process in accordance
with Army Corps of Engineers policies (Preparatory Phase, Initial Phase, Follow-Up Phase). Monitored
field and lab testing and maintained punch list. Provided technical and administrative assistance
to subordinate engineers, supervisors and subcontractors. Reviewed, supervised, and analyzed each
definable feature of work to ensure compliance with Statement of Work. Prepared construction estimates,
cost engineering studies, schedules and resource plans. Assisted procurement /logistics manager and
team in expediting local and overseas material deliveries. Prepared operation and maintenance manuals

Pre-Construction and Construction Material Submittals; conducted three phases inspections; monitored
field and lab testing; review data sheet for selecting material, submitting the selected material which
compliance with specification of project to the client for approval, rebar, formwork, concrete placement
inspections, Exfiltration and infiltration test for Sewer pipes and pressure test for water lines and concrete
