Squat and calf raise: feet aligned to your body, Lower hips until thighs are parallel to the

ground. Squeeze glutes and push into your heels to bring yourself back to standing. From
the standing position, raise to your tiptoes and flex the calf muscles. After that, lower slowly
into the next squat. When you go down, inhale; As you go up, exhale. Complete 1-3 sets of
15 reps
