APPLE SWOT ANALYSIS:

STRENGTHS:

1.The most valuable brand. Interbrand has placed Apple #1 for the eighth year in a row, with
a brand worth of $322 billion.
2. Iconic on a global scale .When it comes to highly modern computers and smart
technological products, Apple is one of the most dependable companies. It has a constant
increase in the number of loyal clients.
3. Cutting-edge technology .Apple was the first company to introduce some of the world's
most ground-breaking items (iPhones, iPads). Apple is still on a mission to create better,
more capable technology devices.

WEAKNESSES:
1. Expensive products, because of their high costs, Apple's products can be considered a
luxury. The products are targeted at consumers in the middle and upper income brackets.
Apple products are out of reach for low-income people. Only the middle and upper classes
can afford their products due to their exorbitant prices.
2. Going into an area where you don't know what you're doing. Apple is fast growing into
new services such as video content streaming, game streaming, and credit card issuance,
putting it in direct competition with established businesses such as Netflix, Disney, Citi,
Chase, PayPal, and others.

OPPORTUNITIES:

1. A Wide-Reaching Distribution System. Apple Inc. has a chance to grow its distribution
network. Apple's distribution network is currently somewhat limited, with just a small amount
of space for expansion. If Apple focuses on building a large distribution network, it will be
able to increase income and sales. In addition, the organisation will profit from effective
marketing and promotion.
2. There is a dearth of environmentally friendly technology. Apple has yet to release any
green-technology-based products. The firm has yet to deploy or contribute in the
development of environmentally friendly, sustainable technology.
THREATS:

1. Coronavirus Epidemic. Apple's manufacturing and supply chain are heavily reliant on
China. Furthermore, China accounted for 14.5 percent of the company's $274 billion in
revenue (a big market for Apple). The outbreak has had a big impact on Apple's revenues in
fiscal year 2021, and it may continue to do so.
2. Disruption of the Supply Chain Its operations have been considerably impacted and
disrupted as a result of recent events. Due to supply chain uncertainty, it announced flat
sales in the second quarter of 2020 and declined to provide annual revenue predictions for
FY2020.
