Study Over a Longer Period of

Time
Cramming all of your studying into the night before does not better prepare you, in
fact it gives you more anxiety about the test/quiz and you do not absorb the
information. Spread your time wisely

Set up short study times consistently each day


Go through part of the information in that time in order to get a grasp on the
information as a whole
Two days before the test review all of the information
As you do this note areas you are struggling in
The day before the test go over the areas you are struggling in
The morning of the test do one more quick read through of your notes in order to
be as prepared as possible!
