1. PURPOSE
a. To prepare ESP aeration blower and heater before start-up
b. To preserve ESP aeration blower and heater after shutdown
.
2. SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES
General PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) follows the “List of PPE” as previously described in this
book.

Procedure
The ESP hopper aeration air blower A (0FAD-F801A) start permissives shall
include the following:
1. ESP hopper aeration air blower A plug-in is not Take Out (TO)
2. ESP hopper aeration air blower A start command;
3. ESP hopper aeration air blower A start outlet valve open or ESP hopper
aeration air blower B outlet valve no.1 and ESP hopper aeration air
blower B outlet valve no.2 open;
The ESP hopper aeration air blower B (0FAD-F801 B) start permissives shall
include the following:
1. ESP hopper aeration air blower B plug-in not available is not Take Out
(TO)
2. ESP hopper aeration air blower B start command;
3. ESP hopper aeration air blower B outlet valve no.1 or ESP hopper
aeration air blower B outlet valve no.2 open;
The ESP hopper aeration air blower C (0FAD-F801 C) start permissives shall
include the following:
1. ESP hopper aeration air blower C plug-in not available is not touch off;
2. ESP hopper aeration air blower C start command;
3. ESP hopper aeration air blower C start outlet valve open or ESP hopper
aeration air blower B outlet valve no.1 and ESP hopper aeration air

Hopper electric heater A（0FAD-H802A）start permissives shall include the
following:
1. Hopper electric heater A electrical failure is not touch off.
2. Hopper electric heater A start command;
Hopper electric heater B（0FAD-H802B）start permissives shall include the
following:
1. Hopper electric heater B electrical failure is not touch off.
2. Hopper electric heater B start command;
The ESP hopper aeration air blower trips shall include the following:
1. ESP hopper aeration air blower stop command;

ESP hopper aeration air blower A and Hopper electric heater A

1. ESP hopper aeration air blower A outlet valve open and air blower B
outlet valve no.1 close;
2. ESP hopper aeration air blower A start running;
3. Hopper electric heater A start.

ESP hopper aeration air blower C and Hopper electric heater B

1. ESP hopper aeration air blower C outlet valve open and air blower B
outlet valve no.2 close;
Sequence of start
2. ESP hopper aeration air blower C start running;
3. Hopper electric heater B start.

ESP hopper aeration air blower B and Hopper electric heater A

1. ESP hopper aeration air blower B outlet valve no.1 open, air blower B
outlet valve no.2 and air blower A outlet valve close;
2. ESP hopper aeration air blower B start running;
3. Hopper electric heater A start.

1. ESP hopper aeration air blower B outlet valve no.2 open, air blower B
outlet valve no.1 and air blower C outlet valve close;
2. ESP hopper aeration air blower B start running;
3. Hopper electric heater B start.

ESP hopper aeration air blower A and Hopper electric heater A

1. Stop the Hopper electric heater A;
2. After a time delay(adjusting during commissioning time), ESP hopper
aeration air blower A stop running;
3. ESP hopper aeration air blower A outlet valve close.

ESP hopper aeration air blower C and Hopper electric heater B

1. Stop the Hopper electric heater B;
2. After a time delay(adjusting during commissioning time), ESP hopper
aeration air blower C stop running;
3. ESP hopper aeration air blower C outlet valve close.
Sequence of stop
ESP hopper aeration air blower B and Hopper electric heater A
1. Stop the Hopper electric heater A;
2. After a time delay(adjusting during commissioning time), ESP hopper
aeration air blower B stop running;
3. ESP hopper aeration air blower B outlet valve no.1 close.

ESP hopper aeration air blower B and Hopper electric heater B

1. Stop the Hopper electric heater B;
2. After a time delay(adjusting during commissioning time), ESP hopper
aeration air blower B stop running;
3. ESP hopper aeration air blower B outlet valve no.2 close.

4. POST ACTIVITY MONITORING

1. Ensure that the equipment was fully assembled as per first design.
2. Ensure that work area is clean after work completed. If there there is any hazardous waste
material, such material shall be removed to the hazardus waste storage.
3. If there there is any hazardous waste and material, such as used oil and scrap shall be removed to
the designated place ( hazardous waste storage and temporary scrap storage).
