keselamatan harus diberlakukan yang sesuai
sebelum melakukan pekerjaan didekat
air (Isolasi, Working permit, JSA,
PPE).
7. Memastikan & mengontrol Lampirkan jadwal
pemeliharaan peralatan untuk bekerja pemeliharaan dan
didekat air sesuai jadwal, dilakukan perbaikan
sesuai dengan spesifikasi pabrik dan
pengalaman operasional. Mencatat
semua pekerjaan
pemeliharaan/perbaikan yang
dilakukan dan melaporkan progress
pemeliharaan berdasarkan jadwal yang
ada.
