The Preven�ng & Ending Homelessness Project (PEHP) is a countywide program designed to remove the legal barriers that prevent people from securing and/or keeping housing.
Types of Services Available:
PEHP contracted ograniza�ons offer consulta�on and/or representa�on with the following barriers most commonly experienced by those experiencing homelessness:
• evic�on no�ces • immigra�on
• landlord dispute resolu�on • assistance with sec�on 8 • driver's license reinstatement • clearing or expungement of a criminal record • credit resolu�on • housing stabiliza�on
Who Qualifies for PEHP?
PEHP offers FREE legal support services for single adults, families with children, and youth (16-25 years of age) experiencing homelessness or at-risk of becoming homeless. PEHP is funded by LA County’s Measure H, and supported by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA).
