IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATION OF EMPLOYEES

CREDIT LINE TO THEA SUPERMARKET

1. TITLE - EMPLOYEES CREDIT LINE TO THEA SUPERMARKET


2. SPECIFIC POLICIES
 The Customer Service department shall be in-charge in assessing employee's
concerns.
 Upon purchase, an employee shall present his/her company ID to the customer
service representative for validation and approval.
 Of the total purchases, 50% will be credit and 50% cash.
 Employee purchases will not be entitled to loyalty points.

3. PAYMENT
 Employee’s liability will be paid within two months.
 Payment is to be made thru a deduction from their salary in 4 equal payments.
 e.g. A, an employee has a credit limit of 5,000. A purchase of 2,000 and
1,000 worth of groceries to THEA SUPERMARKET on June 1 and 16,
2021 respectively. Payroll deduction computation.

June 1 purchases (50% credit) 1000


Divide 4 equal payments 4
Deduction on June 15, 2021 payroll 250

June 16 purchases (50% credit) 500


Divide 4 equal payments 4
Deduction 125
Add: Previous deduction 250
Total deduction June 31, 2021 payroll 375
4. CREDIT LIMIT
 The credit limit shall be based on 1 monthly basic salary of an employee and
payable in two months.
 The credit limit may be amended, revised, or change upon consultations with
Human Resource Department.
 Upon purchase when exceeding the credit limit the excess shall be paid in cash or,
otherwise, no transaction will be made to an excess.
 e.g. Credit limit – 5,000
1st Purchase - 6,000 (50% credit & 50% cash)
Deduction - 750 (3,000/4)
2nd purchase - 8,000 (50% credit & 50% cash)
Credit on 1st Purchase 3,000
Less: Deduction 750
Balance 2,250
Credit on 2nd purchase 4,000
Total 6,250
Credit allowed 5,000
Difference(excess) 1,250

Any excess on the credit limit shall be paid thru cash or otherwise 1,250
worth of groceries will be canceled and return.

5. NEW EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENT


 New employee shall obtain a copy of the employment contract issued by the
Human Resource Dept. (HRD) and present it to the Customer Service
Representative.
