Relevance of the topic
Tea is the most consumed drink in the world. Tea market in India has
experienced the growth in trade. Also India is one of the largest producer of the
tea as Indian soil and climate are very much compatible with the criteria of soil
needed to grow tea I find this topic relevant because as this is the area of my
interest. I am a tea drinker since my childhood.

Also I have done my SIP project in the same area in which I analyzed the potential
tea markets for the Indian tea as I concluded that Russia was one of the potential
markets for growth in exports. So In this research I will be studying the perception
of the Russian consumers towards the different variety of tea that is produced
and exported from India.

SIGNIFICANCE & SCOPE OF PROPOSED RESEARCH


 We will get to know the different variety of tea that are consumed by
Russians.
 We will get to know competitiveness of Indian tea industry.
 We will come across all the Documentations and Government Support to
facilitate the Indian exporter that deals with Russian clients.
 We will get to know the limitations faced by exporters from Russian
Government.
 Analyzing external factors affecting Indian tea market in Russia.
 We will get to know the perception of Russian consumers towards different
variety of tea produced.

ABSTRACT 1 :- CONSUMERS BUYING BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS BRANDED
TEA’SBY MAHAVIR SINGH AND DR. ANITA

to Organic Tea with the assistance of an Exploratory examination utilizing an
organized review of 200 respondents in Delhi-NCR through pre-tried
Questionnaires utilizing accommodation testing. This paper endeavors to explore
the interest status of Organic Tulsi Tea as individuals living in metropolitan
territories like Delhi-NCR as they are more cognizant about their wellbeing and
way of life and limit of them are working experts. The Consumers in Metro urban
communities have a decent buying capacity to follow through on expense costs
for natural items so they like to incorporate natural teas and enhancements for a
sound way of life.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY


 To analyze different variety of Indian tea consumed by Russians.
 To know the competitive advantage of Indian tea industry.
 To analyzing external factors that can affect the Russian market.
 To know the limitations faced by exporters from Russian Government.
 To know the perception of Russian consumers towards different types of
tea produced.
 To know all the Documentations and Government Support to facilitate
the Indian exporter that deals with Russian clients

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research Design

The research design for this research will be Quantitative (Descriptive


Research Design) in which the data will be collected through primary source as
well as secondary. The collected primary data will be analyzed and interpreted
to generate the appropriate finding for the study.

Data Collection

a) Primary Data

The primary data will be collected from the consumers by circulating the
questionnaire.

b) Secondary Data

The secondary data will be collected from online articles, research papers,
websites, books etc.

Sampling Method

• Convenience sampling method will be used in the research.

Sample Size

• Sample size for the research will be 150.


Research Instrument

• Questionnaire will be the instrument use in the research for the primary data
collection. The questionnaire will be designed using Google form.

Data Analysis

• To analyze the collected data SPSS tool software will be used.

LIMITATIONS
 The Research will be carried out to a finite period of time i.e. 2 months
 The findings of the research will be based on the information provided
by the respondents through questionnaire.
 It will be difficult to collect data from Russian consumers from India.
