 PROTECTION OF PLATE AND ANCHOR SYSTEMS

The plates of the anchors is subject to the weather for much of the active period of the phases of
construction and often may be subject to oxidation.
To avoid the phenomenon of degradation have been produced and introduced on the market, protection
elements of the locking system (head) of anchors.

CAPPUCCI

The protective caps are made of plastic material and also include the necessary elements to their correct
installation on site, such as rod and nut.
The protective caps, can be:

Short (the dimension is reported in the following table);

Long (the dimension can be reached by using the extension).
Cover

The cover is made of plastic material and covers the locking mechanism
(clamp and wedge) individually and hermetically.
Coupled to the cap mentioned above, may represent a further deterrent to
the formation of corrosive phenomena generated by atmospheric agents or
effect of aggressiveness of some components generally present on building
sites, reducing the costs due to the saving of filling material in the cap itself .
They can be used for the protection of the strand before the step of
stretching exercise.

A) Long Caps realized by means of n.2 extension and n.1 standard cap;

B) Long Caps realized by means of n.1 extension and n.1 standard cap;

Avvitare il dado al fine di rendere il sistema di pro-
