Executive Summary
This is an attempt to know how the classroom theories can be
applied to the practical situation. As a student of BBA, it is a
part of study for everyone to undergo summer internship at some
organization. So for this purpose, I got an opportunity to do my
summer internship at Tareeqa Global pvt. Ltd. In this is
comprehensive report, I have discussed about every major
aspect of the company which I have observed and perceived
during my internship tenure. The first part comprises the detail
about the company from the time of its incorporation to the
current position, along with its processes, policies and
procedures. During my internship program I have mainly
worked in HR field . These departments have been
discussed in detail. The main purpose of the internship is to learn
by working in practical environment and to apply the
acquired during the studies in a real world scenario in order to
tackle the problems using the knowledge and skill learned
during the academic process. This report covers many important
aspects which are related with operations and financial aspect of
the bank. In the end the learning and observations which I
have undergone during my internship project. This report also
contains my perceptions, motivation level and the working
environment of the organization.

My internship was started on 02 june 2020. First I was


gave an interview then I was selected in the department
of Human Resource. My first target was to recruit 5 peoples, 3
from marketing field and 2 from HR field .they have given me
the time limit of 1 week. In between
1 week there were meetings held. In that meeting our
mentor listen to our problem and try to solve that
they ask each and every student about the problem. And
try to solve that. After the recruiting task, i have taken
interview of people whome i have recruited.
After recruited i get to learn various things that how to tackle
problems , how to handle people, how to work in team, how to
be patience and think positive. My task not get over after
recriting the next task is to make sure that my marketing inters
are doing their work properly or not, and that was to hactrict,
but yes i enjoyed that alot.

Our mentors They talk very nicely and this is the


reason why everyone was free to ask anything
without any hesitation. Not only in the meeting our
mentors were ready to help us at any time. Through this
internship . i have also learned various things like How to
solve others problem. How to answer their question. I also get
the opportunity to deal with new mind set people. I also get
the opportunity to know about new people to meet new
people. i have learned a lot with this internship and I know
this is going to help me a lot in the future also.

Date 10 june So in this week I was having my first session with my HR inters in which companies tells all the rukes
2020 and regulations and giving me responsibility of the interns whome I recruited.

Date 11 june On 11 of june I was having my sessions with my 3 marketing inters in which companies provides task
to my inters.

Date 20 june In third week I have to handle my marketing and my HR both the inters, related to all the problems
2020 they are facing, in short I worked as an leader and need to handle the situation.

In the midlle of the week, session goes on with the CEO where we have to give our report

Key Observations
Work Description: The HR recritee at Tareeqa global in
HR department entailed working under the General
Manager as an intern. The work depended on the task
assigned by the company CEO. The work contained of
recruiting people and after recruting them , I need to
force them to complete their tasl assinged by the CEO of
the company. As an intern I had to provide appropriate
Report on weekly basis.
Practices Followed: Preparing interns for completing
their task ,daily interaction with my interns helps to build
strong relation and bonding.

Key Challenges faced while doing the task : Listening


to the problmes of inters and tackle them and tries to
motivate them and the most difficult time was ,when
inters says iam not able to make sales, and then also I
need to convience them.

Learning and Value Addition

In my SIP tenure at Tareeqa Global Solution Pvt. Ltd. I


learned the practical knowledge:
Working in a professional environment taught me how to
conduct myself on the basis of teachings I received in my
classes.
The knowledge about the assets of the company helped me
learn the company’s mission and vision.
I learnt what are the consiquences an HR of the company
faces.
I learned how to work in pressure.
Learnt how to deal with different personality and improved
my inter personal skills. .
There was a massive difference between the theoretical and
practical approaches when I did my internship.
I have learnt how to handle the team, and dealing with
different situations.
How to talk with people , every persons having their own
prospective and mindset.
My first focus is on the people whome iam recruiting if
they able to complete the task or not.
And if iam recruited someone its toyly upto me how to
make the inter to complete a perticular task.
learned to deal with different peoples having different
tought process, some people are aggressive in nature,some are
calm in nature,and some people are clever also.
Usefulness of internship with future perspective:

The internship provided me with an actual experience


of working in a very professional environment.
I learnt various work etiquettes that will be forever
embedded in my mind.
The internship taught me on how I should use my
analytical and interpersonal skills for the benefit of the
company.
