 Signs of A/C Holder (& Joint Holder if any)as per CNIC/NICOP

 Sign of Account Holder on each attached document.
 Copy of CNIC/NICOP of (1)Main Account Holder.(2) Joint Holder.(3)Nominee. (4) Attorney(if any).
(5) Witnesses
 Witnesses Sign as per CNIC/NICOP on Page No-5(Female Witnesses are not Acceptable)
(Nominee & witness should not be same)
 Mobile Number must be registered in A/C holder’s own name.
 Proof of Occupation/ Business/Employment/Profession/Retirement.
 Proof of Mailing Address (Permanent Address should be as per CNIC Only)
 Initial Deposit Minimum RS.50,000/- in form of cross cheque (must be of main Account Holder’s
Account)to the Name of Askari Securities Ltd and Rs. 2000/ only in form of Cash.
 Bank statement of last six months duly stamped. (Bank Statement must shows the money trail)
 CZ-50 Form on stamp paper of worth Rs.50/only(Attested only by Notary Public), in Case of Zakat
Non-Payable(Only Prescribed format of CDC)
 In case of Joint Account there must be joint account in bank.
 For NICOP holder it is necessary he/she must be a non-resident and doing job/business abroad
and provide a valid proof, otherwise he/she has to must provide CNIC for resident Pakistani

*Note: Physical appearance biometric of Account Holder/Joint Holder is mandatory at the time of Account Opening.

Missing of any of above point, the Account Opening Form shall be assumed as incomplete.
