This event highlights the outstanding trades-related skills and knowledge


of Saskatchewan’s youth, and gives students an opportunity to showcase
their abilities to our province’s employers. I know that every student has

home community of Prince Albert and there will be fellow employees and friends who will be supporting you or
helping you within the Skills Canada events.

I want to recognize each of you as participants within the Skills Canada events and recognize you for your dedication
and commitment to your career interest. As you actively work to achieve your objective during the competition, you
are building your own capacity for the future. You are taking a challenge and using your critical thinking skills, your
