SCHOOL SEAL
The seal symbolizes the expression and commitment of the institution
so serve humanity in general and the community in particular by
providing every student with well rounded aspects of development and
inculcate deeply ingrained values reflective of true and patriotic
Pilipinos.
The Laurel leaf spreading upward is an emblem that signifies honor
and distinction. The atom symbol at the base of the leaf represents
energy, vitality and quest for scientific advancement.
The Holy Bible as the basic text is the source of Wisdom.
The torch at the center encompassing the map of Mindanao at the
vicinity of its Western part is symbolic of the illuminating power if
the institution in the overall development of the students specifically

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
A. Honor Students for Each Academic Year

1. A student should carry not less than 15 units per semester

Step – 1 Registrar 2. Grades obtained in all subjects in SMC in the first and second semesters of each academic year
will be included in the computation ( including P.E. & ROTC,WATC)
3. There should be no subject with NG,NC, left or dropped mark.
Issuance of applicati on for enrolment & prospectus/ID NO./ Evaluati on of subjects 4. Students with grades lower than 80% will not be included in the Honor Roll
Submission of Credenti als and Birth Certi fi cate 5. An average of 85% or above is needed to qualify for the Honor Roll
Valedictorian & Salutatorian 6. The weighted average will be used in the selection of the different honors.
Submit 2 copies of certi fi cate from HS Principal 7. Active involvement in co-curricular activities
