ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
A. Honor Students for Each Academic Year

1. A student should carry not less than 15 units per semester


Step – 1 Registrar 2. Grades obtained in all subjects in SMC in the first and second semesters of each academic year
will be included in the computation ( including P.E. & ROTC,WATC)
3. There should be no subject with NG,NC, left or dropped mark.
Issuance of applicati on for enrolment & prospectus/ID NO./ Evaluati on of subjects 4. Students with grades lower than 80% will not be included in the Honor Roll
Submission of Credenti als and Birth Certi fi cate 5. An average of 85% or above is needed to qualify for the Honor Roll
Valedictorian & Salutatorian 6. The weighted average will be used in the selection of the different honors.
