    Voice juries will be scheduled Monday, May 3, Tuesday, May 4, Wednesday, May 5, and Thursday, May 6.
    All students will be assigned a voice jury time. Please fill out this form and return it to your teacher or
    email it to me (dwilliamson@rider.edu) no later than April 12, 2021. Please note ANY other conflicts you
    have on these days.

    In order to avoid conflicts with final exams, please list ALL the courses you are enrolled, including section
    numbers (Note: many choirs do use the exam time so please include it). PLEASE BE COMPLETE and
    ACCURATE!! YOUR JURY WILL BE SCHEDULED BASED ON THE INFORMATION
