Everyone has used public transport once in his lifetime. In my country everyone have to pay for
it, although is that really necessary? It is a good question which most people have ever thought of
that. However, could public transport be free? Before answering that matter I am going to mention
some advantages about this.
To begin, when governments pay for that, common people could looking for more job
opportunities in a wider area of city so it increases employment rate.
➢ Fisrt, it is good for the ecosystem as this measure stimulates use of public transport and
would reduce greenhouse gases.
➢ Secondly, if people switched from cars to bus or train it would reduce traffic congestions
on roads and pollution leves.
➢ Finally, the city spend our tax money to maintain the roads, if public transport was free
more and more people would use it instead of automobile so it will be a way to save the
city money.
In conclusion, for all previous reasons I think it is the best option for improving the quality of life
in a modern, fair and eco-freindly society.
