Submission Guidelines
1. Download a copy of this form whether in your Google Drive or a .docx file.
2. Fill up the necessary information and email it to with other important documents.
a. Send to ariane@acadarena.com
b. Email Subject: AcadArena Alliance App- School Acronym-New Org (e.g.
AcadArena Alliance App-ADMU-New Org)
c. Email body: Short introduction of the sender and the org. Make sure to link or
attach this application form in the email.
3. Attachments
a. Student ID or proof of enrollment of the point person
b. (optional for any type of org) Endorsement letter from a teacher or adviser from your
campus
4. Deadline of Submission for wave 1 is October 3.
5. You’ll be contacted for an interview to process your level of accreditation into the program.
The AcadArena committee will help you aim to be an official organization within your campus. We’ll offer training and
sponsored events on top of being able to participate in our exclusive tournaments to build up your experience and portfolio.
