Evaluation

About the presentation:

My presentation started as a train wreck. I have trouble to speak when I don’t see my audience.
When Chris and Peace was kind enough to sit in front of me, I managed to get it done.
I have to admit I have no idea what else could I write about this.

Future Plan:

I’ll do anything to avoid working as a commercial photographer. I don’t have the slightest interest in
it.
It’s more tempting to me to work on the academic side of photography. The theory and history of the
medium fascinates me and to serve culture this way makes so much sense to me and gives a sense of
fulfilment at the end of the day. Maybe to work at a place like Martin parr Foundation, or to write
about photography and art would be something to make a living on.
I wouldn’t give up on the practical side either. My plan is to work on projects. Long and short term
too. Landscapes, documentary series, even portraiture. Sometimes a music gig here and there. But I
want to do with a certain level of creative freedom.
Also I want to publish my first photobook (nature, landscape) in the next few years.

I know it’s quite vague but I’m so at the beginning of the road. I entered photography on a small door
and now lighting with the flashlight of knowledge and skills I picked up I finally can see how big this
area is. Now it’s time to explore as much of it as I can.
