1. system introduction

This equipment adopts manual loading and unloading to realize automatic winding function.

During operation;1open the air source of the equipment first, make sure that the equipment is filled with
air and all cylinders are in place.2turn onpower switch,after two seconds, the system initial page appears on the
touch screen, click to enter the touch screen operation interface, pressresetbutton in the touch screenafter two
seconds, the machine reset is completedselect the automatic button to start,put the product into the positioning
fixture, step on the foot switch, and the equipment will automatically wind.

2. Installation

Read and understand the operation manual carefully before the operation of the machine, and accept the
operation training of the system engineer before starting the machine.

5. Machine operation

5.1 power on

1.Connectionexternal power supply

2.Open the control cabinet and close allcircuit breakers(close the blue switch upward).
3.Press the device power switch button and the touch screen lights up.

5.2 program operation

1.click the reset button until the reset is completed,press the start button.

2.click the stop button to stop and then press start to finish the work.

5.4 Emergency

In case of wrong operation or failure of the machine, press the emergency switch to stop the system
immediately. When the emergency switch is released, the system will maintain pause state, and when the start
switch is pressed again, it can continue to run.

6. common problems and Solutions

1.Equipment alarm
1. In the alarm bar, you can view the specific alarm information. According to the specific prompt of the

alarm, the corresponding processing can be carried out.

2. remarks
In case of any touch screen related problems, it is recommended to shut down the machine and try to
restart it. When there are problems with other hardware, it is recommended that professionals carry out
maintenance according to the requirements of each part of the hardware. The power and air pressure of the
machine must be turned off before maintenance. We are not responsible for any loss caused by illegal operation.

pay attention to the warning to avoid touching the high voltage. These high pressures can be fatal. Only
authorized and electronic professionals can access these areas.

8. maintenance

Regularly check whether the fuse of the distribution box is burnt out.Automatic assembly line, rotary
lifting platform, regular cleaning and replacement of test platform.
Clean the materials, sundries and foreign matters on the equipment table regularly.
